DESCRIPTION

A permanent expression from Lochlea, a farm distillery in Ayrshire in the Lowlands, introduced as part of its core range in 2025. Made from barley grown on the Lochlea farm and matured in a combination of 1st-fill ex-bourbon barrels, virgin American oak casks and Calvados casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Sweet apples, fresh-cut grass, light floral notes and earthy orchard fruit.

Palate: Green apple, buttery caramel, grassy freshness, oak spice, apple cake and creamy fruit sweetness.

Finish: Sweet oak, caramel and light cereal notes, with gentle spice.
