DESCRIPTION
A limited edition, annual release from the Lochlea Distillery in the Lowlands, inspired by the season of autumn on the farm, when the fields rest between harvests. The third batch, which will also be the last, was released in 2025 and matured exclusively in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured, and bottled at 46%.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Cooked apples, sweet medjool dates.
Palate: Freshly baked malted bread, Manuka honey.
Finish: Rich buttery sandalwood oils, mixed peppercorns.
