DESCRIPTION

A limited edition from the Oban distillery in the West Highlands, released in 2025 as part of Diageo’s annual Special Releases series. It is two years younger than the core 14 Year Old and bottled at full strength. Matured for 12 years in American oak ex-bourbon casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 54.7%. (Bottle size 750ml)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Dry yet mild, with a gentle prickle and honeyed spice. Sea breeze, seaweed, citrus and a hint of hessian. Water brings out a subtle oily note.

Palate: Smooth and creamy, with sweet tinned peaches and warming spice. Water adds salt and spice.

Finish: A good length, finishing warmly spicy.
