DESCRIPTION

A limited edition, annual release from the Lochlea Distillery in the Lowlands, inspired by the farm’s annual barley harvest. The third batch, which will also be the last, was released in 2025 and matured in a combination of port, bourbon, and Oloroso sherry casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured, and bottled at 46%.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Strawberry jam, clotted cream.

Palate: White chocolate, freshly baked apple pie.

Finish:  Beautifully balanced with a hint of black pepper.
