DESCRIPTION
A single cask release from the High Coast distillery in Sweden, bottled by Adelphi independent bottler. Distilled in 2014, matured for 9 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry hogshead, and bottled in 2025. Only 321 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a natural cask strength of 58.1%.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Maple syrup over a stack of pancakes, cedar wood, fig syrup, manuka honey, dark chocolate fudge and milky caramel.
Palate: Lush and decadent — fig syrup, Medjool dates, Crunchie bars, honeycomb, pecan pie, chocolate devil cake, chocolate ganache and sticky toffee pudding.
Finish: Rich, luscious, and moreish — a true Christmas Eve dram, indulgent and long-lasting.
