Join us for an evening exploring Inzalo, an award-winning premium agave spirit from South Africa and one of the pioneering producers in the emerging New World of Agave.

Founded by Sebastian O’Keefe and business partner Diego, Inzalo is crafted from distinctive Red Agave grown in the Klein Karoo, where mineral-rich soils help shape its unique character. Drawing on experience from Mexico, Europe and South Africa, the team is creating a distinctive new agave spirit.

Presented by Sebastian and Diego, this tasting will explore Inzalo’s story and a line-up that includes Batch One alongside a selection of single barrel rested releases.
