Rooster Rojo tequila is produced at Fabrica de Tequilas Finos distillery, located in Jalisco, Mexico, at the base of Volcán de Tequila. Crafted from 100% blue weber agave, double distilled in stainless steel pot stills and aged for a minimum of two months in French oak casks. Bottled at 40%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: A slightly oaky aroma with hints of ripe fruit and cooked agave.
Palate: Vanilla and caramel flavours.
Finish: A warm rich finish.
