First released in 2005 as the first 100% South African whisky, Three Ships Bourbon Cask Finish was discontinued several years ago, and is now back by popular demand, relaunched with a new look. Produced from malt distilled in copper pots and grain whisky produced on column stills, the components are matured in a combination of ex-bourbon American oak casks for a minimum of 3 years. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Vanilla, dried apricots, hazelnuts and digestive biscuit aromas. 

Palate: The upfront sweet vanilla and caramel notes are balanced by subtle white pepper, nuts, cinnamon, banana, and marmalade.

Finish: A lingering sweet, spicy finish.
