A single cask release from the Mortlach distillery in Speyside, bottled by Signatory independent bottler in their highly-acclaimed Cask Strength Collection range. Distilled on 14 May 1991, matured for 25 years in a sherry butt, and bottled on 16 June 2016. Only 594 bottles produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 56.3%.
