DESCRIPTION

Only 362 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 60.9%. (Bottle size 750ml)
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Layers of warming oak spice lead the way, with candied walnuts and cinnamon-baked red apple. Notes of orange marmalade and freshly ground ginger emerge with time.
Palate: Full-bodied and richly spiced, showing baked apple, marmalade sweetness, and ginger heat. Melted brown sugar adds depth, balanced by the structure of seasoned oak.
Finish: Long and warming, with lingering nutmeg, soft oak spice, and a gently fading brown sugar sweetness.
