Nose: Freshly cut cane carries through to the final product with a natural bouquet of floral flavours.

Palate: Crisp and tropical flavours with a whisper of fresh vegetal, reminiscent of classic Rhum Agricole.

Finish: Tangy and smooth with a rounded warmth.
