Produced by Capital Distillery in Pretoria, Kanok Rhum Agricole is a French style rum made of only the sugar cane juice with no molasses or sugar added in the process. Produced from 100% organic freshly pressed sugar cane juice and double distilled in copper potstills, this spirit was rested in both American oak and French oak and then blended together. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 500ml)

Nose: Fresh sugar cane, smoky burnt toffee, warm spices and a hint of coconut.

Palate: Ultra smooth wooded oak. A lingering caramel and stewed fruit.

Finish: Not forgetting the cane juice at the end, hints of burnt sugar and honeyed cereal.
