Laurent-Perrier has always selected Chardonnay as the dominant grape variety in all its white cuvées and has been a pioneer of the zero dosage, Brut Nature category since 1981. Made from a selection of 100% Chardonnay grapes from the best crus of Côte de Blancs and Montagne de Reims, and from the balanced addition of reserve wines. After ageing for an ideal amount of time in the cellars, the wine is disgorged without any dosage and benefits from a few more months rest in the cellars before being released on the market. Nose: The nose displays minerality and hints of citrus.

Palate: On the palate the wine is balanced and sustained.

Finish: A finish that is fresh with notes of lemon.
