DESCRIPTION

Made from 100% Chenin Blanc sourced from three vineyards in the Breede River Valley (Breedekloof), a warm Mediterranean climate moderated by cooling breezes, producing naturally high acidity and fruit concentration. The region is characterised by alluvial and shale-derived soils that contribute freshness and texture. The vineyards were harvested separately and naturally fermented with ambient yeasts to preserve site expression. The wine was made without animal products and crafted to emphasise purity and balance, with no wood influence. Residual Sugar 3.4 g/L. Bottled at 13% (Bottle size 750ml).

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Fresh and expressive, showing pear, white peach and lime zest, with a clean, orchard-fruit driven aromatic profile.

Palate: Juicy and well-defined, offering flavours of cantaloupe melon, papaya and ripe stone fruit, balanced by a dry, refreshing core.

Finish: Crisp and focused, with lively acidity providing drive and clarity through the close, leaving a clean and appetising impression.
