DESCRIPTION

A permanent and rather iconic whisky from the Highland Park distillery on the Isle of Orkney. The 18 year old Viking Pride is matured in first-fill, sherry-seasoned European oak casks, sherry-seasoned American oak casks and refill casks. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Rich with mature oak, toffee, dried fruits, marzipan and a top note of aromatic and fragrant smoke.

Palate: Full flavoured with a balanced honey and peat combination.

Finish: A soft and rounded, lingering finish.
