Our 2nd single cask, cask strength release from the Tomatin distillery in the Highlands. Distilled 20 April 2012, matured for 11 years in a Cabernet Sauvignon red wine cask and bottled 25 September 2023. Only 265 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 57.8%. (Bottle size 750ml)

"From the nose to the plate, its simply delicious. The nose has lots of sherbet, cherry and plum fruitiness. Palate is bursting with boiled candy sweetness, plums, raspberry, and a touch of baking spices on the finish. Highly recommend this one!"
