A classic, full-bodied dram from the legends at Springbank. Yes, for an 18yo this slightly more costly than other 18yo single malt Scotches, but the truth is it will beat most 21 year old whiskies hands-down. Bottled at 46%.

Nose: Rich and creamy, developing into vanilla, ripe fruits, marzipan followed by hints of sherbet, almonds and strawberries. 

Palate: Thick and oily, fruity and mellow; gives way to a sweet liquorice and aniseed flavour as it opens up.

Finish: Sweet and chocolatey with some coconut, the finish is long and consistent with a pleasant smokey tingle.
