Hot on the heels of Edition No. 2, the third annaul release in the Macallan Edition Series is here. Created in collaboration with Master Perfumer Roja Dove and Bob Dalgarno, The Macallan master whisky maker. Drawn from a combination of six different cask types using both American and European oak casks. Bottled at 48.3%.

Nose: Vanilla ice cream, fresh cut oak and delicate florals. Orange, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Palate: Sweet fruit, vanilla and rich fruit cake with apricot, pear and crisp green apple. Hints of ginger and cinnamon are balanced with a light resinous oak finale.

Finish: Long, sweet and fruity with polished oak.
