Added in 2019 to GlenAllachie's new core range of single malt whiskies following its acquisition by a consortium led by ex-BenRiach owner Billy Walker. Two types of sherry casks were selected for the 15yo, Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso puncheons and hogsheads. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Overflowing with raisins, butterscotch and sweet spices.

Palate: The rainbow of sweet spices, raisins and butterscotch develops to banana, orange peel and dark chocolate.

Finish: A medium finish with raisins and oak spice.
