DESCRIPTION

Made from a Provençal-style blend of 53% Grenache, 24% Syrah and 23% Cinsault, harvested in February 2024 under warm, dry conditions following a cool, wet winter that ensured healthy dormancy and even ripening. Fruit was picked in the early mornings to preserve freshness. Whole bunch pressed under dry ice using a Champagne press cycle, with average skin contact of less than 3 hours, maximising flavour extraction while limiting colour pickup. The wine is fermented dry and bottled young to retain precision and energy. Residual Sugar 1.9 g/L. Bottled at 13%. (Bottle size 750ml)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Delicate and precise, showing rose petals, cerise blanche and white peach, underpinned by a subtle oyster-shell salinity.

Palate: Crisp yet generous with a smooth, creamy texture. Early-season cherries and stone fruit sit alongside a refined riverstone mineral note, giving depth without weight.

Finish: Long and poised, finishing clean with fresh, linear acidity and a fine, polished tannin structure that adds quiet grip and definition.
