A limited edition from the Glengoyne distillery in the Highlands, released as part three of their Oak Masters' Series in 2025. Matured for 10 years in 1st-fill sherry and refill casks before being finished for 6 years in virgin Japanese Mizunara Oak butts. Only 3,195 bottles produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a higher strength of 53.4%.
Nose: Soft vanilla, sweet toffee, sandalwood, and hints of Japanese incense.
Palate: Warming spices, coconut, crisp green apples, and a whisper of liquorice.
Finish: Long, luxurious, and floral, reminiscent of cherry blossom on a spring breeze.
