Released in early 2018 as part of the revised Jura core range, entitled Signature Series. Matured in a combination of seven different types of oak woods: first American white oak ex-bourbon followed by six other French oaks: Vosges, Bertranges, Jupilles, Allier, Tronçais and Limousin barrels. Bottled at 43%.
Nose: An aromatic fusion of coffee, ginger spice and a hint of milk chocolate.
Palate: Caramelised peach, chewy liquorice and candied orange with a hint of sea-spray and smoke.
Finish: A hint of sea-spray and smoke.
