A single cask release selected by and bottled for WhiskyBrother&Co.
An exclusive cask strength release from the Highland Park distillery on Orkney, bottled by independent bottler Duncan Taylor in their Octave range. Distilled in 2007, matured for 15 years in oak casks before being finished for 3 months in a sherrywood octave (approximately 60-litre cask) and bottled in 2023. Only 84 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 54.1%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Surprisingly, although we have done two official exclusive Highland Parks, this is our first independent release. Highland Park single casks used to be more available but have practically disappeared in today's market, making this one somewhat of a rarity.
