Our 28th exclusive release is a Speyburn single malt from the Speyside distillery. Distilled 2004, matured in a first-fill ex-bourbon cask for 15 years and bottled earlier this year in 2020. Only 108 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 52.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Aromas of sweet vanilla, creamy toffee, golden syrup and tropical fruits.

Palate: Bursting with chocolate, juicy raisins, apples and caramel, all wrapped together with a very gentle spice.

Finish: Crisp, sweet yet spicy with notes of creamy chocolate and pears.

As far as I know, this is not the case with every single cask bottling, which makes this one even more special. It's so drinkable, even neat, yet powerful. The creamy sweet vanilla chocolate toffee aroma is lovely on the nose, and the palate delivers a great spicy fruit punch before settling into a pleasant and long finish."
