"Another WB exclusive hit! This time with some loadshedding humor thrown into the mix for good measure 😆. Loads of old leather, hints of iodine, smoked dark chocolate, ripe dark fruits, cracked black pepper, all amidst a background of Bruichladdich’s coastal salinity make this an extremely enjoyable, rewarding and tasty Whisky, choc full of complexity. The long, creamy finish with lingering toffee and that ripe dark fruit is the cherry on top. Single cask Bruichladdich’s are definitely a rarity these days. So to find such a quality, Sherry cask, cask strength example at this price (this Whisky would cost nearly double overseas, if not more!) is an absolute no brainer. Grab a bottle and treat yourself while you can! I think I’ve found my winter dram!"
"I love everything about this and that was before I even tried the whisky 🤣 We need something to laugh at these days in SA and this did the job, as well as offering me amazing whisky to drink! A sherry bomb that doesn't stop."
