A single cask release selected by and bottled exclusively for WhiskyBrother&Co.
A single cask release from the Blair Athol distillery in the Highlands, bottled by North Star Spirits independent bottlers. Distilled in September 2006, matured in a refill ex-bourbon cask and then finished in a PX sherry hogshead and bottled in February 2021. Only 130 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46.1%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Homemade Amaretto sours and peaches straight from the tin.
Palate: Sweet sticky toffee pudding and butterscotch sauce.
Finish: Burnt and crispy blackberry crumble.

"What a beautiful whisky! The sherry really comes out for me, along with other intense flavours. Whisky Brother have done it again with this exclusive bottling! Need to buy another one because I will definitely run out soon!"
