A single cask release selected by and bottled exclusively for WhiskyBrother&Co, and the first time Bimber English whisky is available in SA.

Released as part of the 2021 Country Collection, with each cask showcasing Bimber’s award-winning single malt spirit with the unique profiles derived from a variety of different cask types. This particular release was finished for approximately 12 months in an ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry cask. Only 168 bottles produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 57.6%. (Bottle size 750ml)

This release is part of a pair of single casks, the other was matured in an ex-bourbon cask.
