Best 12yo to date!
"Take a bow Benriach! This is probably the best WB exclusive release and definitely the best 12yo I've had the pleasure to taste! A Perfect peat-flavour balance that compliments the fruit palette. Indulgent mouthful of flavours that will make you come back every time for a follow-up taste. PX cask strength is right on the money since any watered down px cask version would have taken away its perfect notes. I'm sad to have missed out on its rum cask twin brother, but luckily this one made up for it- and then some. Cheers!"

Knockout dram
"The WB team have a superb track record when it comes to WB Exckusive releases. This one is no exception - a truly stunning whisky and at the price, a relative bargain. Did I mention that it is also cask strength? So much to love. Balance is the overall impression - from the smoke, to the fruit, to the mouthfeel to the finish. Each aspect of this is amazing and there is so much to enjoy. BenRiach classic style, but dialled up so well, with amazing sherry notes from the PX - that lovely dried fruit, cherry, christmas cake reminders. This is so good, I am torn between buying more, and buying other bottles I have not tried yet - also glad to have bottle 33 of this as well as number 33 of the yet to be opened Rum Cask twin."

A cracker of a dram!!
"These Whiskybrother exclusive releases seem to just get better and better everytime! This is a whisky, that reminds us whisky lovers and enthusiasts the reason why we love this spirit so much and is brilliant in every way! The classic fruity Benriach character still shines, but gives way to dried fruits and nutty notes thanks to this wonderful sherry cask. All interwoven with a lovely I would say softer smoke as opposed to Islay powerhouses. It is so incredibly balanced throughout. There is something for every whisky lovers’ palate in this it’s fruity, smoky, cask strength yet oh-so-drinkable and at the price, the best value for money single cask and very possibly single malt I’ve ever purchased. Buy a few bottles while you can!!"
