"This is still one of my favorite whiskies from the WB single cask selection and sipping on the dram again reminded me why! It is a full bodied and flavor packed dram from nose to finish and is a whisky for any day and time! If you are looking for something special and limited, this is worth buying!"
"The quality Arran character is there, but alongside it sits white grape juice, vanilla chocolate wafers and a lovely freshness. Whisky in wine casks can be tricky, but the cask here has just lent a subtly to the whisky without overpowering it. The Arran oak spiciness and vigor still shines on the palate."
"This cask strength Arran 12 yo is an exciting whisky to add to anyone's collection as it is an unusual whisky in a sense that it was finished of in Trebbiano wine cask. Has huge flavours on the nose honey, vanilla notes, i get some sour dough no the nose. Very spicy on the palate such a nice rounded whisky. I highly recommend it as one of the whiskies to try in 2019."
