Created by cellar master André Giraud in 1981, XO is a blend of up to 400 eaux-de-vie, sourced exclusively from the highest-quality vineyards of Cognac; the Grande Champagne (85%) and Petite Champagne (15%). Such eaux-de-vie offer an exceptional aging potential and are known as Cognac Fine Champagne. Bottled at 40%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Jasmine and fruity candy notes.

Palate: Late summer figs, prunes, cinnamon and brioche.

Finish: Velvety, rich, and lingering.
