Description:

Hidden Valley Brut 2021 is a vintage Cap Classique produced by Hidden Valley Wines in Stellenbosch. Made using the traditional bottle-fermentation method, it displays a delicate pale-straw colour with a persistent, fine mousse. Extended lees contact contributes classic brioche and yeasty complexity, balanced by crisp green-apple and citrus fruit. Bottled at 12.5% ABV.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Freshly baked brioche and subtle yeast notes followed by ripe Granny Smith apple, grapefruit and fresh lime.

Palate: Crisp and refreshing with green apple and vibrant citrus, complemented by fine bubbles and gentle yeasty richness.

Finish: Fresh and lively with lingering grapefruit, lime and clean acidity.
