A limited-edition from the Ardbeg distillery on Islay, bottled by The Character of Islay Whisky Company, one of the independent bottling branches of Atom Brands, as part of their Stories of Wind & Wave range of whiskies. Distilled in 2001, matured for 18 years in a single refill ex-bourbon barrel and bottled exclusively for La Maison Du Whisky. Only 92 bottles were produced, each individually numbered. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 54.5%
