A single cask release from the Zuidam distillery in the Netherlands, by independent bottler Adelphi. Distilled in 1999, matured for 19 years in a first-fill ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry hogshead and bottled in 2021. Only 165 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a natural cask strength of 52.9%.
