The second single malt to be released by Wolfburn in their core range, is made from spirit laid down in a combination of three different cask types: 40% in second-fill ex-Islay quarter casks made from Spanish and American oak, 40% in first fill ex-Bourbon barrels, and 20% in first-fill oloroso Sherry hogsheads. Benefiting from long fermentation (75 hours) and slow, gentle distillation. Nonchillfiltered and bottled at 46%

Nose: Sherry sweetness accompanied by dried fruits and malt.

Palate: A warmth imparted from the sherry, augmented by autumn fruits and nutty flavours, with a hint of spice in the background

Finish: Smooth and mellow with lingering spice and dried fruits.
