The first permanent age statement expression from the Wolfburn distillery in the Highlands, launched in 2023. Exclusively matured for 10 years in second-fill Oloroso sherry casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Soft sherry sweetness melds with figs and raisins. There’s a lovely hint of vanilla and oak present.
Palate: Bold chocolate and dark fruit flavours abound, with overtones of caramel and vanilla, all accompanied by gentle hints of nutmeg and oak smoke.
Finish: Silky tannins make for a textured finish with residual sweetness of dried fruit and caramel flavours lingering.
