First released in 1991, Wild Turkey Rare Breed straight bourbon is produced from a mashbill of 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley. Comprised of barrels of 6, 8 and 12yo whiskey and bottled at a barrel proof of 56.4%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Full of Spring flowers, a touch of black pepper and almonds, mixed with layers of honey and dates.

Palate: Warm smoky flavours of grain and spice.

Finish: Long and lingering spice.
