Grapes for the Sanan Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 were harvested from a single vineyard designation out of Stellenbosch on clay terroir on the coastal side with some sea breeze influences. Matured in 100% 2nd-fill French oak for 18 months. Bottled at 14.3%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Beautiful French oak, sultry dark fruit of cassis, buchu vegetal vynbos and almost minty.

Palate: This is a big well-balanced wine with a rich and explosive core, smooth and silky, showing soft, sweet wild black currant and black cherry that is not overpowered by other influences.

Finish: Ripe tannins with lingering notes of tobacco, smoked meats and leather.
