Named after famed French actress Edith Piaff, the home of this champagne is located outside Igny-Comblizy in the Marne department of the Champagne region near Epernay. Rosé Brut is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay. Bottled at 12%.
Introduced in 2015, Champagne Piaff is the brainchild of Laurie Kempster, a South African forensic accountant and winemaker who partnered with fifth-generation Champagne-producing family, the Mansards.
Nose: Floral with hints of fresh strawberries.
Palate: Ripe red fruit leading to cassis and strawberry.
