Produced by Berry Bros. & Rudd, London's oldest wine and spirit merchant and supplier to the royal family since the reign of King George III. Named after their address on St. James's Street, the company's home since 1698, the key on the bottle was inspired by the key to the lock on their door. Produced with the dry martini in mind, No. 3 London Dry is created by distilling three fruits and three spices in traditional copper pot stills at De Kuyper in the Netherlands. Bottled at 46% (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Bright, crisp and fresh with an uplifting welcome of juniper.
Palate: Juniper to the fore, supported by floral notes and spicy, warm cardamom. Plenty of citrus “zing” complemented by the gingery spiciness of coriander.
Finish: The earthy dryness of angelica kicks in.
