DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from the Mortlach distillery in Speyside, bottled by Signatory independent bottler in their Symington's Choice range, named after founder and owner Andrew Symington. Distilled on 27 November 2007, matured for 17 years, finished in a 1st-fill Oloroso sherry butt, and bottled on 11 November 2024. Only 655 bottles produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 56.8%.
