The 2021 and fifth release in the limited annual Macallan Classic Cut series. Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and American oak ex-sherry casks. Naturally coloured and bottled at 51%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Orange zest and oil, fresh vanilla and ginger with notes of fruit jellies and marzipan.

Palate: Fresh oak, gingerbread, vanilla custard and cinnamon.

Finish: Medium sweet with spiced fruit.
