Launched in 2020, Macallan 15yo Double Cask (not to be confused with the 15yo Triple Cask) is matured in two types of sherry-seasoned oak casks, American and European oak, both of which were seasoned with Oloroso sherry. Naturally coloured and bottled at 43%.

Nose: Dried fruit, toffee and vanilla with smooth oak and baked apple. Balanced with notes of honey and chocolate.

Palate: Sweet raisin and sultana builds with hints of vanilla, wood spice and citrus.

Finish: Warm with ginger turning to caramel and citrus, with a lingering and creamy mouth feel.
