Part of Diageo's Special Releases for 2015, this is the 15th release of the Lagavulin 12yo. Distilled in 2003, matured for 12 years in refill American oak casks and bottled in 2015. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 56.8%. 

Nose: Smoky intensity with gentle, fresh aromas and a delicious cereal and fruit sweetness.

Palate: Surprisingly sweet and oily, with a rising smoky pungency.

Finish: Smoothly warming, sweet and powerfully smoky.
