Sourced from Stellenbosch, grapes for the Khulu Izigidi Blanc de Blancs Cap Classique were harvested at 19° Balling. The timing of picking is crucial to ensure a fresh and crisp taste. Disgorging of this wine is done after 15 to 18 months on the lees. Bottled at 12%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Granny Smith apple and white peach fruit. Rich secondary aromas of orange blossom and lemon zest.

Palate: A lively palate with hints of lime.

Finish: A balanced finish.
