DESCRIPTION

The Khulu Inala 2020 is a premium Bordeaux-style red blend from Khulu Fine Wine, crafted in the Western Cape, South Africa. Inala, meaning "Abundance" in isiZulu, reflects the wine's generous fruit profile and refined character. The 2020 vintage is matured in French oak barrels to enhance structure and complexity, resulting in a full-bodied wine with excellent balance, elegant tannins and impressive ageing potential. Bottled at 13.5% ABV.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Rich aromas of blackcurrant, ripe plum and dark cherry are layered with cedar, tobacco leaf, sweet spice and subtle vanilla from oak maturation.

Palate: Concentrated flavours of blackberry, cassis and black cherry are complemented by notes of dark chocolate, mocha and savoury spice. Fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity create a smooth, well-structured palate with excellent depth.

Finish: Long and elegant, with lingering dark fruit, gentle oak spice and a refined, persistent finish.
