A single cask release from the Jura distillery by independent bottler Adelphi. Distilled in 1998, matured for 21 years in a refill Oloroso sherry hogshead and bottled in 2020. Only 265 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at a natural cask strength of 54.2%.

Nose: Space hoppers, window putty and oodles of marzipan, fruitcake, Nutella and rice pudding, with syrup and a fair amount of funk.

Palate: Underberg bitters, juicy sultanas, sugared almonds, Stollen cake with clove syrup.

Finish: Herbaceous.
