DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from the Piccadily distillery, producer of Indri whisky, in India, bottled by Adelphi independent bottler. Distilled in 2019, matured for 6 years in a first-fill bourbon barrel, and bottled in 2025. Only 115 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a natural cask strength of 52%.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Candy pecan, dates, sticky toffee pudding, barbecue wood, maize, cardamon, new book, new car vinyl, pumpernickel.

Palate: Chocolate ganache, chocolate orange, orange oil, barbecue smoke, licorice, aniseed, spicy cinnamon, maraschino, Fisherman’s Friends.

Finish: Warm, dry, salty, perky finish.
