A limited release from the Highland Park distillery on the Orkney Islands, produced in batches when sufficiently aged casks are available. Matured for 25 years in a combination of first-fill sherry seasoned European and American oak casks, and bourbon casks before being bottled in 2012. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at 45.7%.
Nose: Mature oak, chocolate and fudge.
Palate: Vanilla, white chocolate and spice flavours.
Finish: An intense sweet finish.
