DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from the Glenlossie distillery in Speyside, bottled by Adelphi independent bottler. Distilled in 2011, matured for 13 years in a refill bourbon barrel, and bottled in 2025. Only 177 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a natural cask strength of 59.9%.

OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES

Nose: Honeydew and cantaloupe melon, vanilla, shortbread, green apple, chocolate chip cookie dough, melted vanilla ice cream, baked strudel.

Palate: Gooseberry jam, Tokaji, mint jelly, herbal liqueur, dried cranberry, white pepper.

Finish: Clean, herbaceous, medium body but lasting finish.
