A limited annual release from the Glengoyne distillery in the Highlands. Matured using one third first-fill European oak sherry butts and two thirds refill sherry butts. This particular release was bottled in 2018. A total of 5,200 bottles were produced. Naturally coloured and bottled at 46.8%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Black cherry, sherry trifle, marmalade, tea rose, rum and raisin chocolate.
Palate: Burst of sweetness changing quickly to plum compote, cinnamon and cloves.
Finish: Very long and complex with tangy marmalade and soft spice.
